D|Fab’s collaboration with api+ on a prototype Lee’s Marketplace design results in a dynamic shopping and dining experience for the Salt Lake City neighborhood.
D|Fab worked closely with the designers at api+, to engineer, fabricate and install this new urban format store design for Lee’s Marketplace. The store focal points are highlighted by D|Fab-built components, including the Sushi ring ceiling and dining loft trellis with lighting. Custom metal channel letters and decorative case mounted millwork elements provide way-finding throughout the store. Cost-effective solutions were employed with vinyl ‘wood’ bulkhead wallcovering and interior vinyl graphics applied to lap siding, to simulate hand sketched graphic stencils. D|Fab also produced exterior window graphics to hide the backside of fixtures and enhance the curb appeal.
